Acupuncture is a centuries old healing art that utilizes sterile filiform needles to unblock and free the flow of the body's vital energy/Qi, (proununced "chee") to alleviate pain, promote the immune system, and enhance relaxation to support body, mind and spirit. It can treat a multitude of conditions ranging from acute to chronic by going to the very root of the imbalance. Most find the experience to be very relaxing and painless with only the slightest prick or surprise on insertion of the needle that quickly dissipates within minutes. For more information about what I treat and how acupuncture can help, please see my Areas of Expertise page.

It is best to have eaten within an hour before your treatment as those who do not can experience light-headedness. Please wear loose comfortable clothing that allows access up to the knees and elbows.

**Please note: I AM NOT IN NETWORK with any insurance providers. I recommend contacting your insurer to see if you can be reimbursed for an out of network provider. You will be responsible for payment in full at the time of your treatment.
